Hi there! It`s Yordanka here. Welcome to my Website. I am happy that you found me.

Shortly about me and my yoga so that you have an idea with whom you would be dealing if you join my classes or just if you want to get to know me better.

I am 32 years old, originally from Bulgaria, based in Vienna for almost five years. Fighting with Wienerisch, of course, but I do speak German even though. For my yoga teaching, however, I prefer to stick to English which is my best foreign language but could always be better. Forgive me for my mistakes. I am not a native speaker. I do my best, but my English vocabulary and grammar could be better, so if you spot any errors, please let me know. I would be happy to correct it.

Lets's talk about my yoga style. I combine my university sports education and traditional yoga. I've learned in Rishikesh, India (known as the "Yoga capital of the world").

I do my best to create unique classes. My sequences include traditional Hatha yoga asanas, elements from classical Ashtanga Yoga, contemporary Vinyasa flow sequences, and Pranayama techniques. Sometimes I include Yoga Nidra, or Yin Yoga stretches. I want to offer diversity, which is very important for the contemporary urban mind - making it enjoyable.

On the other hand, routine is the foundation of our daily life. A certain amount of repetition should be present in the yoga practice. My classes are linked together as a progressive course, and you will get the maximum benefit if you come regularly. I'd like to see people building new healthy habits, which is why the 10-classes cards I offer are much cheaper than a single-class ticket.

I want to deliver the best of the eastern yoga knowledge, implemented with the most important from western sports science, a balance between ancient wisdom and contemporary experience. These classes are what you need as a spiritual seeker in the modern world. Besides, they will also strengthen your muscles and will make you sweat.

I've got some papers as well. I got some. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Training and a Master's degree in Sport Management with an additional focus on Sports psychology from the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski," Sofia, Bulgaria.

The institution Enic Naric recognizes my education in Austria. I can write the so important for Austria "Mag." before my name. If you don't believe me, I will have to show you my paper. Additionally, in 2022 I accomplished a bachelor in Sports science from the University of Vienna.

I am also certified in Fitness and Fitness-Bodybuilding, Aerobics, Callanetics, Stretching, Sports journalistic, and others.

In 2019 I accomplished 200 hours Yoga Alliance teacher training course in Shiva Yoga Peeth, Rishikesh, North India. Follow me on Instagram if you are interested in details of my yoga journey. @yogawithyordanka

I have recognized the leisure sport as my most profound passion and as a life purpose to spread knowledge about it. Add a bit of affinity with alternative ways of food and living, balancing being an authentic woman with social media and urban culture, and now you know me better.

I am a dedicated yoga teacher who is constantly improving. I consider myself a warm-heart person who wants to welcome you as a friend. My mission is to create an inspiring and safe community where you can be motivated to work out and meditate mindfully. Life is not only yoga, but yoga makes life better.
